- Confirm change of email to the backup solution by clicking on change email on the link sent to your email address.
- Click on the Management Portal icon to change password for your privacy.
- Click on the human icon then proceed to my settings,
- Click on the 3 dots to reset password
- Once you have clicked Reset, the reset link will be sent to your email
- Change your password
- Create your new password
To set up the Backup:
- Click on the backup icon
Click on add a device and
Select the SQL server you wish to download the backup license for.
Click on Save file to Download the backup software license and install.
Use the self-guiding process on the portal to complete setup.
